Most of your problem is the part nobody can see.
Stock that never matches across Shopify, Shopee and the shop floor. Content that could put you in front of a regulator. The website is the easy bit. We sort the plumbing underneath it, then the site on top, then train your people to run both.
Best for founders who've stopped believing a nicer website is the answer.
Work · where it actually hurts · 01
You sold the last one twice.
Shopify says you've got two. Shopee sold one an hour ago. The last one actually walked out the shop this morning. Now a customer has paid for a helmet you can't ship, and you look like you don't have your act together.
That is not a website problem. It is a sync problem, and it leaks money and trust every week you keep patching it by hand.
Lionhead Moto had exactly this. We built the sync that keeps Loyverse, Shopify and Klaviyo talking, so stock is real the moment it moves, on the floor or online.
Stock stays true the moment it moves, and every enquiry lands and gets chased without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
A real build, Lionhead MotoThen Sonar keeps watch after we've gone. If the sync breaks, we know before you do.

One wrong line isn't a typo. It's a liability.
You're a financial adviser, or you sell insurance, or you make finance content. Put the wrong claim on your site and it isn't a bad look, it's a compliance risk. Play it too safe and you sound like every other adviser, and careful copy that says nothing doesn't win clients either.
That's the bind: right enough to sleep at night, sharp enough to actually convert.
A financial adviser we worked with needed both. We wrote content that stays inside the lines and still sounds like a person worth trusting. The real work was making sure it wouldn't come back to bite them.
What we fix
Told in your words, not our service list.
The same four areas most agencies advertise, named by the problem they fix.
"My stock never matches across channels."
Real-time sync across POS, Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop and your CRM. Stock that's true everywhere the second it moves, so you stop overselling and stop reconciling by hand every Sunday.
"My site could get me in trouble."
Compliance-safe content for regulated work: FAs, insurance, finance. Written to stay inside the rules and still convert, then checked before it goes live.
"I've got a brand in my head but nothing that goes live."
Positioning, naming and messaging, then a site that actually ships. A finished brand and a live page, not another deck that sits in a folder.
"The automation everyone promised me never got built."
Integrations, lead routing, inventory syncs, the quiet backend work that runs while you sleep. The part most agencies hand back to you as a to-do list.
Why most won't do this
The pretty front end is where most agencies stop.
Most studios will build you a nice site and hand you a deck. They won't touch the inventory sync, the CRM routing or the compliance read, because it takes time and it carries risk. That's the exact part that's actually hurting you.
We do the whole chain: positioning, build, systems, training. One team thinks it, builds it, and hands it over working.
What working with us looks like
We don't start at the design file.
A real project runs end to end. Here's the whole arc, including the parts most studios skip or send elsewhere.
- 01
Understand the business, then the market it's in
Before anything visual, we learn how you make money, who you're up against, and where enquiries leak away. The brief comes from reality, not a mood board.
- 02
Position the brand on that
We decide what you stand for and how you say it, in a way a competitor can't copy by swapping their logo in.
- 03
Design and build it, by one pair of hands
The same person who set the strategy designs the pages and writes the code, nothing lost in translation between a designer and a developer who've never spoken.
- 04
Iterate with you, not at you
You see it as it's built and we change it as we go, real rounds of feedback, not one big reveal at the end.
- 05
Wire up the systems behind it
The part most agencies don't touch: inventory syncs, lead routing, CRM, and the automations that keep stock and orders moving on their own.
- 06
Hand it over and train your team
We don't disappear at launch. We teach your people to run it, so you own it instead of renting us forever.
How you'll work with us
You'll always know where your project is. We built Sonar for that.
What's done, what's next, and what we need from you, all in one place instead of a Slack channel that scrolls away. It's also what keeps watch on your systems after launch.
About us · why we stay small
Four ongoing marketing clients at a time. On purpose.
That's the number where we can stay close to every retainer without hiring a layer of people whose only job is to manage you. It's also the reason the backend work is even possible. Project work like sites and brand builds runs on its own timeline and isn't capped the same way.
Senior people doing the actual work is the whole product.
Senior as in the years of practice, not the grey hair.
How we price
One fixed number, after we understand the job.
We don't have a price list, because we don't quote before we understand what you're trying to fix. We scope it, agree one number up front, and that's what you pay. No hourly meter, no surprise. Work tends to land in one of these three shapes.
Landing page
One page that does one job. Copy, design, build, and the form wired to where your leads need to land.
Shopify store
A storefront built to sell and to operate. Theme, product pages, and the inventory sync that keeps stock honest.
Brand + site
Positioning, identity, and the site to launch it on. From what you stand for to what goes live.
We scope every project in full, so the work is a proper build, not a quick favour. If the cheapest quote is the goal, we're probably not it. Tell us the problem first; the number comes after.
A few things people ask
Straight answers. No sales call required to get them.
- Who actually does the work?
- Us, and nobody else. One of us handles strategy, marketing, copy, design and build; the other handles integrations and automation. Your account doesn't get passed around, because there's nowhere to pass it.
- Do you only do websites?
- No. Websites are usually the least of it. The costly problems live in the systems: stock that won't sync, leads that don't route, content that isn't compliant. Fixing those is the bulk of the job.
- What does it cost?
- Project-based, scoped and fixed before we start. We're not the cheapest because senior people do the actual work, not juniors. The number's agreed up front and doesn't drift.
- We're small. Is this out of our range?
- Probably not. We scope to the problem, not the package. If the fix is one landing page and a form that routes leads properly, that's what we quote: one fixed number, nothing padded. What we won't do is race the cheapest quote to the bottom. Small is fine. Cheap-for-cheap's-sake isn't.
- Where are you based?
- Singapore. We'll come to your office, or grab a table at a hawker centre if that's easier. The rest runs over email and call.

Tell us what you're trying to fix.
Most of our work arrives the way you probably did: someone we've built for told you to get in touch. However you found us, if the problem's a fit, we want to hear it.
One of us reads it and replies within a day, usually with a few sharp questions before any call. If it looks like a fit, one fixed number, scoped to what you actually need. No bot, no queue, no junior.
Not every problem needs the full build. If yours is a one-page fix, say so. We'll scope it that small.
