We understand the problem, document the boundaries and agree one fixed price before work begins. Builds are quoted once; ongoing work is quoted as a monthly fee.

Singapore dollars, before GST where it applies. Volume, integrations and content creation move the number most.
03Common questions
Why a range and not one price?
The same label can describe very different volumes, systems and risk. One universal price would be a guess.
What puts work at the top of a range?
More pages or products, more tools that must agree, and content written from a blank page.
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay the platform directly; our fee covers the work of running it.
What if my budget is lower?
Say so early. We would rather scope a smaller useful fix than thin out a larger job.

Ownership
Your domain, accounts, content and practical handover.
Domain, hosting, paid apps and optional maintenance are shown separately as ongoing costs.
05Payment terms
Builds: 50% to start and 50% at launch and sign-off.
Ongoing work: invoiced monthly, with no twelve-month commitment.
Scope changes: priced separately and approved before we build them. No surprise line items, hourly meter or hosting markup.
On grants: Mileo is not on the PSG pre-approved vendor list, so this work is not PSG-claimable.
